Housing Authority is committed to providing affordable
housing to make it possible for more people to live and work
in Texarkana. To this end, the Housing Authority is
committed to helping revitalize the historic RoseHill
neighborhood by tearing down old public housing units and
replacing them with new affordable apartments and homes.

Pecan Ridge at RoseHill, and RoseHill Ridge are
dedicated to providing housing for those working families who live in the RoseHill neighborhood.
The Oaks at RoseHill, Pecan Ridge at RoseHill, and RoseHill Ridge are a brand-new approach to serving those who
live in our historic neighborhoods, but in many ways, the Housing Authority serves our workforce throughout all of its properties. The majority of our non-senior residents are working families - participating and contributing to our workforce, our economy and our community.
Our family of RoseHill apartments are not only beautiful to look at, but were designed to keep
one of Texarkana's most historic neighborhoods beautiful…and working. These beautiful new units are available
to families who earn no more than 60% of the area median
income. And don't forget - RoseHill Ridge, the newest
jewel in our RoseHill crown, is a LEED Platinum property.
