The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is renewing its HCV Only - PHA Annual Plan for the fiscal year 2021. The HATT provided initial public notice on September 10, 2019.

Per HUD regulations, the PHA Annual Plan will be available for public review and comment for forty-five (45) days from May 30, 2020 to July 13, 2020.

We have temporarily relocated our offices to 911 N. Bishop Rd., Building B100 in Wake Village, Texas.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, our offices are currently closed to the public. However, please call 903-244-8974 if you would like to obtain a copy of the proposed PHA Annual Plan.

We encourage and ask all residents to review these changes and make comments or suggestions.

Please make all comments regarding the draft in writing and mail or place your comments in the drop box at:

Comments can be made anonymously, and all comments made within the forty-five (45)-day time frame will be reviewed.

The public review and comment period will end at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2020. No comments will be taken or reviewed if submitted or received after this date. Final action on these changes will be presented to the HATT Board of Commissioners at the July 24, 2020 Board meeting.
