The Housing Choice Voucher (Low-Rent Property Based)
Waiting List Opening

Effective Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 8am, the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) dba Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT), will open the HCV (Low- Rent Property Based) waiting list.

The waiting list will remain open until further notice.

The waiting list can be accessed by going to the following web site: www.texarkanaha.housingmanager.com.

The annual income limits are as listed below by household size:

Number of Family Members = 1 - Maximum amount of income = $25,250
Number of Family Members = 2 - Maximum amount of income = $28,850
Number of Family Members = 3 - Maximum amount of income = $32,450
Number of Family Members = 4 - Maximum amount of income = $36,050
Number of Family Members = 5 - Maximum amount of income = $38,950
Number of Family Members = 6 - Maximum amount of income = $41,850
Number of Family Members = 7 - Maximum amount of income = $44,750
Number of Family Members = 8 - Maximum amount of income = $47,600
