Notice Inviting Proposals for Consulting Services to Conduct An Agency-Wide Salary Compensation Study and Analysis

The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) herewith requests proposals for consulting services to conduct an agency-wide Salary Compensation Study and Analysis as specified in RFP 21-5.

Qualified respondents shall submit one (1) original (conspicuously marked "ORIGINAL"), three (3) complete copies and one (1) memory stick of the written proposal that presents the qualifications and understanding of the work to be performed as specified in RFP 21-5, to the address as stated below:

Proposals must be received by HATT no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.

Proposals will be reviewed, and those firms whose proposals most appropriately meet the Housing Authority's needs will be considered.
