The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is updating its PHA Annual Plan for the fiscal year 2022. The HATT provided initial public notice on May 30, 2020.

Per HUD regulations, the PHA Annual Plan will be available for public review and comment for forty-five (45) days from June 25, 2021, to August 9, 2021.

Please call 903-223-3658 or send an email if you would like to obtain a copy of the proposed PHA Annual Plan.

We encourage and ask all residents to review these changes and make comments or suggestions.

Please make all comments regarding the draft in writing and mail or place your comments in the drop box at:

Comments can be made anonymously, and all comments made within the forty-five (45)- day time frame will be reviewed.

The public review and comment period will end at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 9, 2021. No comments will be taken or reviewed if submitted or received after this date.

Final action on these changes will be presented to the HATT Board of Commissioners at the August 13, 2021, Board meeting.
