Free Haircuts for School Age Young Men

The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana Texas (HATT) is offering free haircuts to all school age young men in this community.

The free haircuts will be provided between 9:00am - 3:30pm Monday thru Friday and 5:30pm - 8:30pm Tuesday - Thursday by Tonsorial Barber College located at 2831 New Boston Road, Texarkana Texas 75501 until August 28, 2021.
