Public Notice: Mainstream Voucher Waiting List Open From 10/24/2018 Until 12/31/2018

Effective Wednesday, October 24, 2018, the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) will accept waiting list applications for non-elderly (under 62 years of age) disabled individuals.

Federal nondiscrimination laws define a person with a disability to include any (1) individual with a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities; (2) individual with a record of such impairment; or (3) individual who is regarded as having such an impairment) under the Mainstream Voucher Program.

HATT will only accept applications from families who qualify under both definitions for non-elderly and disabled. You can only apply online at https://texarkanaha.housingmanager.com/ October 24, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
