Addendum # 1 - Investment Advisory and Banking Services

PLEASE NOTE: The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is issuing an addendum to provide an updated schedule, clarify proposal requirements, and provide responses to questions from respondents for RFP 22-1, Investment Advisory and Banking Services issued Tuesday, March 2, 2022. 

*The due date for proposals has been extended as questions have spawned additional clarification.

Responses to Questions - Within 2 business days
Intention to Submit Proposal Form - 3/24/2022
Proposals Due - *03/25/2022
Award bid-Selection - 04/04/2022
Implementation/Go-live - TBD

All proposals are due by 12:00 pm on Friday, March 25, 2022.
