Notice Inviting Proposals for Legal and Related Advisory Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) herewith requests proposals for Legal and Related Advisory Services as specified in RFP 22-2. Please visit texarkanaha.org for the RFP.

Any questions about the RFP shall be submitted by email by no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, March 28, 2022, and emailed to Tarisha.

HATT will provide written responses to questions to all prospective proposers by the close of business on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 7, 2022.

All proposals that present the qualifications and understanding of the work to be performed as specified in RFP 22-2 must be submitted per the following format:

Submission of Proposals: Proposals may be submitted by mail or hand-delivered. Three (3) complete sets (one original and two copies) must be bound separately and submitted together.

The instructions below provide guidance on what the proposals will contain and how they should be organized.
Proposals shall be delivered, assembled in the order as described in the RFP, in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with the following:

Proposal Format: All proposals shall be submitted in an 8 1/2" x 11" format, preferably in a 3-ring binder or similar format. Larger size pages or inserts may be used provided they fold into 8 1/2" x 11". All copies of the submittal must be identical in content and organization.

Facsimile copies or emails will not be accepted. All proposals will become the property of HATT upon submission.

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the conditions and instructions provided herein.

All proposals must remain open for acceptance for 60 days from the due date.
