Notice Inviting Proposals for Multimedia and Marketing Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) herewith requests proposals for Multimedia and Marketing Services as specified in RFP 22-3.

Any questions about the RFP shall be emailed to Tarisha Duson by no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

HATT will provide written responses to questions to all prospective proposers by the close of business on Thursday, April 14, 2022.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 21, 2022.

All proposals that present the qualifications and understanding of the work to be performed as specified in RFP 22-3 must be submitted in the following format:

Submission of Proposals: Proposals may be submitted by mail, hand-delivered, or submitted via email to Tarisha Duson. Three (3) complete sets (one original and two copies) must be bound separately and submitted together if submitted via mail or hand-delivered.

The instructions below provide guidance on what the proposals will contain and how it should be organized.

Proposal Format: All proposals shall be submitted in an 8 1/2" x 11" format, preferably in a 3-ring binder or similar format. Larger size pages or inserts may be used provided they fold into 8 1/2" x 11". All copies of the submittal must be identical in content and organization.

Proposals that will be mailed or delivered, shall be assembled in the order as described in the RFP, in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with the following:

All proposals will become the property of HATT upon submission.

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the conditions and instructions provided herein.

All proposals must remain open for acceptance for 60 days from the due date.
