We want to hear from you! The Black/AfricanAmerican Community is twice as likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than their Caucasian counterparts and less likely to receive a diagnosis. Join residents, community leaders, and healthcare experts for the Texarkana Black/African American Community Forum presented by the Alzheimer's Association in partnership with NETASBE, The Greater Texarkana Branch of the NAACP, The Texarkana Housing Authority, and the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Texarkana. This will be an interactive discussion to better understand the community's needs and to address support for the Black/African AmericanCommunity.
