HCV Waiting List Open August 15th

Public Notice: Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waiting List Opening

Effective Monday, August 15, 2022, the Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT) will open the HCV (Section 8) waiting list.

The waiting list will remain open until 2,500 applications are received.

The waiting list can be accessed by going to the following website: www.TexarkanaHA.HousingManager.com.
