RFQ 22-5 - Homebuilding Program

The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is now doing business as Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT) and herewith requests qualifications for the VCTT's Home Building Program, RFQ 22-5.

Applications must be received by VCTT no later than 12:00 pm Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

Applications will be reviewed, and those firms whose application most appropriately meet VCTT's needs will be considered.

Pre-Proposal and Qualifications Meeting
A Pre-Proposal and Qualifications Meeting for the RFQ 22-5 Home Building Program will be held at 9:00 am on November 21, 2022, in the VCTT Board Room located at 1611 N. Robison Road, Texarkana, Texas 75501. The meeting/forum shall not exceed two (2) hours in duration.
