The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is now doing business as Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT) and herewith requests qualifications for the VCTT's Home Building Program, RFQ 22-5. A Pre-Proposal and Qualifications Meeting for the RFQ 22-5 Home Building Program will be held at 9:00 am on November 21, 2022, in the VCTT Board Room located at 1611 N.
