Join the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Interagency Forum: Supporting Affordable Housing in East TX on March 13, 2025.
Housing and community development organizations will provide banks with an overview of affordable housing needs, challenges, and ways to support community development focusing on the following cities/counties: Tyler/Smith; Longview/Gregg; Marshall/Harrison; Palestine/Anderson; Jacksonville/Cherokee; Athens/Henderson; Henderson/Rusk; Kilgore/Gregg & Rusk; and Texarkana/Bowie.

Discussions will focus on local initiatives supporting affordable housing and community development, common obstacles in development and financing, how to use resources, ways to foster connections with lenders, and introduce collaboration strategies to increase access to homeownership, rental housing, and community development.
