2019 TAAHP Conference in Austin

Antonio D. Williams, Chief Executive Officer and Dr. Jackie Otto, the Chief Operating Officer for the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) attended the TAAHP Conference in Austin, Texas July 22-24, 2019.

The Texarkana Public Facility Corporation (TPFC), an entity of the HATT recently closed on a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) transaction. Mr. Williams sat on the panel which consisted of experienced housing authority executives from across Texas that have closed on RAD transactions. Case studies and the challenges that the executives faced were presented and Mr. Williams did a phenomenal job.
