HCV and RAD Program Waiting Lists Open From 9/9/2019 Until Further Notice

Effective Monday, September 9, 2019, the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) will open the waiting lists for both the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Programs.  All bedroom sizes will be open online beginning Monday, September 9 at https://texarkanaha.housingmanager.com/ until further notice.  If you have any questions regarding your bedroom size, please contact the HCV Department at (903) 838-8548.
