RAD WAITING LIST OPEN FROM 8/22/2018 THRU 9/28/2018

Effective Wednesday, August 22, 2018, the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) will accept waiting list applications for project-based rental assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program. HATT will only accept applications from families who qualify for 3 and 4 bedroom units. Generally, parent(s) are assigned one bedroom and each additional bedroom is assigned one bedroom per two family members (including children). If you have any questions regarding your bedroom size, please contact the HCV Department at (903) 838-8548. You can only apply for 3 and 4 bedroom units online at https://texarkanaha.housingmanager.com beginning August 22, 2018 through September 28, 2018.
