Addendum #3 (Issued 12/13/2022)
Please Note: Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT) is issuing addendum #3 to extend the due date for proposals as well as all other applicable due dates relating to RFQ 22-5, Home Building Program.
RFQ 22-5, Home Building Program, was previously due by 2:00 pm CST Tuesday, December 13, 2022, and was originally issued on October 27, 2022.
The new due date for proposals will be Tuesday, January 10, 2023, no later than 2:00 pm CST. The following due dates have been updated in the chart below.
Acknowledgment of Addendum - 12/19/2022 2:00 PM CST
Written Questions Due Date and Time - 12/20/2022 5:00 PM CST
Responses to Questions - Within 2 Business Days
Proposals Due Date and Time - 01/10/2023 2:00 PM CST

You may email your questions no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, to Bill Edwards via email, Antonio Williams via email, or Tarisha Duson via email.
The Respondent may indicate receipt of this Addendum by signing this form or sending an email to Tarisha Duson acknowledging receipt of this Addendum by indicating in the subject line "Acknowledgement of Addendum #3" no later than 2:00 pm, Monday, December 19, 2022.

All proposals are due by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
