Thank you, Mays Home Health, for celebrating Juneteenth with our residents on June 19th at Robison Terrace Apartments! We appreciate the hot dogs, burgers, watermelon, drinks, and all of the fun to remember such an important part of history!

HATT CEO Antonio Donell Williams was presented with the Benjamin Dennis President Award at the NAACP 2018 Freedom Fund Awards Banquet on Saturday, October 27, 2018 that was held at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center. Williams worked in the defense industry for 12 years before entering the affordable housing industry, where he has increased the performance of several housing authorities in the country.

Another great year at the Rosehill NNC’s Holiday Job Application Day! With local employers now hiring employees for seasonal and temporary work, we were glad to be able to provide support and access to our residents so that they can properly submit applications for employment!

Antonio Williams, Chief Executive Officer for the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas recently graduated from the 2019 EDEP Program on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in Miami, Florida during the PHADA Commissioners' Conference.

Robison Terrace Apartments held their 2018 Fourth of July Celebration! Residents celebrated with food, games, fun, and fellowship!

Our very own, Dr. Jackie Otto, Chief Operating Officer, was honored Saturday, February 15, 2020 in the Great Room of the Truman Arnold Center at Texarkana College during the Gamma Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.’s Annual Awards Gala. Congratulations on your monumental achievement and honor!

2018 RoseHill Celebration

Hampton Homes held their Resident Council Youth Event on Wednesday, July 18th.

On October 30th, HATT celebrated its 2nd Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot of Pecan Ridge Apartments. HATT employees and Trunk or Treat Coordinators, Shanetta Cannon and Zamar Morgan, would like to thank our partners for all of their donations and volunteer time to ensure that the neighborhood kids had a fantastic time!

All families were invited to come celebrate at the Southwest Center with fun, food, and family fellowship!
